Extremely unprofessional staff in person, and especially over the phone. As far as the provider, he was great, this in regard specifically to the office staff, Basic business phone etiquette requires the employee to ask or advise caller they’ll be transferred. Clearly this office doesn’t require basic customer service. Absolute worse service from front desk staff. Katie Dorman is a good provider, however, nearly everything else is awful. You wait hours to be seen at an appt & you're lucky if your call gets answered any other time. I've been trying to get my medication for 4 weeks now and have just been given the run-around. The one front desk staff member who was kind and helpful, finally today, was Annette. This Health care lacks the care for patients 1.lack of communication and punctuality. 2.Drs not returning phone calls or staff calling you back (poor communication) 3.Not meeting expectations with patience medicine and fallow ups 4.Dangerous consequences if your sick Because they don't help 5.been a patient for a long time and not taking patience seriously look for something else.

I love this medical staff Katie has been my NP for years now I won't go anywhere else. The front Sarah, Paola always get the job done I highly recommend this clinic.
