Right now a 3 because they gave me my king Comforter exactly how I gave it to them? I wanted the comforter pressed and pillow shams pressed? Nothing happened. They are taking it back to solve the problem. So I will start with a 3

Business says they are open from 6 am - 10 pm but was not opened at 7:20 am.

*Music way too loud, this isn't a night club* Lack of interest with employees. When they first started it was great but now it's hit or miss. Some employees have an attitude others are helpful. Cleanliness is definitely a hit or miss as well. I'm not sure what they allow to be washed there but sometimes there's a foul smell.

The main reason for this review is because of transparency. I recently took my coats to get dry cleaned along with a trailblazer and a shirt. Last week, I was provided a fee of approximately 10.00 per item and 4.00 for shirts, which I was okay with, but today, when I picked up the items, it was a different amount, which came out to 22.59 for the coats. I asked why, which they explained and mentioned it was because they were coats, my only concern was why they didn't disclose that in the beginning. I could have decided to ... read more

Prices are high to do your wash. The largest washer at this location is almost $10 for 24 minutes. None of the machines are coin-operated. You have to buy a plastic card u put $ on to.
