I’ve been coming over 4yrs now and the staff amazingly friendly and i even had meet the owner before and he’s a super sweet person he had come over and offer donuts at the laundromat,now recently they have this employee she’s around her 50s/60s and I needed help to change a product from the vending machine the soap center and I ask if she could exchange the product taking to her in Spanish and she gave me the ugliest attitude and she event pretended she didn’t talk Spanish I’ve never been treated like that before. It is Sunday May 11, 2025 and the time is 06:14 am and the attendant has not opened the laundromat yet, the attendant is not here at all. This issue has been discussed with Nubia and apparently she condones this unprofessional issue. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I guess I’ll take my money somewhere else just like of MANY past morning regulars who don’t come here for this same reason.

Pricing is a Joke for this crappy place. Almost $5 to wash and that’s using the medium size washing machine. Almost $4 for smaller machine. They make you buy a card for .69 to add money to it. Can’t use quarters. Although the place is clean, I would NOT Recommend washing here. .60 to dry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Way too expensive for one little load of laundry. Mistake coming here. Last time setting foot in this place. Ridiculous!!!

Its usually great here but today not so much. There's no attendant the washer is leaking all over the floor there's a mess all over the floor. And the fans are off making it hot as hell!

Expensive AF it's NOT ok to expend more than $12 on a regular very basic load. First and last time I come here.
