I’m out here working and I had to find a close laundromat to where I am staying. I really like coming here it relaxes me and they always have good music! The staff is super friendly and have the laundromat super clean, a BIG PLUS! I have a laundromat where I’m staying and it’s less expensive but I came here two months ago and I just can’t stop coming. I like how I can wash all at once and then dry all at once and there is always washers and dryers at my disposal and I’ll keep coming until I leave.

Girl in the counter will threaten to cal police because you tell her the dryer 10 doesn’t work. As just says no refund because she doesn’t know how!

I took a Cole Hann city coat to wash in May. I never got it back and now they say there is nothing to be done because of how much time has passed. This week I dropped off 20 items. Verified by myself and the associate and they gave me 18 items back today. When I inquired about the missing items I was again told that there was nothing to be done and that it must have been a miscount even though I showed her the recipts... also remember two people counted separately and got 20. I’ve been coming over 4yrs now and the staff amazingly friendly and i even had meet the owner before and he’s a super sweet person he had come over and offer donuts at the laundromat,now recently they have this employee she’s around her 50s/60s and I needed help to change a product from the vending machine the soap center and I ask if she could exchange the product taking to her in Spanish and she gave me the ugliest attitude and she event pretended she didn’t talk Spanish I’ve never been treated like that before. Today on July 9th 8:00 a.m., the worker there was super clean super friendly, you can tell she really gets down on doing her job. Last week I believe the same day same time there was another lady there who also was super friendly and would let me know if the machines were down but come to find out they're moving them elsewhere.
