This business is unprofessional and careless. We dropped off a pricey coat for dry cleaning and it was ruined. This was a brand new coat. It was worn for a couple of hours. It was dropped off in perfect condition and then returning with obvious piling on one spot. Girl in the counter will threaten to cal police because you tell her the dryer 10 doesn’t work. As just says no refund because she doesn’t know how!

I took a Cole Hann city coat to wash in May. I never got it back and now they say there is nothing to be done because of how much time has passed. This week I dropped off 20 items. Verified by myself and the associate and they gave me 18 items back today. When I inquired about the missing items I was again told that there was nothing to be done and that it must have been a miscount even though I showed her the recipts... also remember two people counted separately and got 20. Don't trust them with big orders or expensive ite... read more

I’m out here working and I had to find a close laundromat to where I am staying. I really like coming here it relaxes me and they always have good music! The staff is super friendly and have the laundromat super clean, a BIG PLUS! I have a laundromat where I’m staying and it’s less expensive but I came here two months ago and I just can’t stop coming. I like how I can wash all at once and then dry all at once and there is always washers and dryers at my disposal and I’ll keep coming until I leave.

If there was a zero -it’d still be too much! The lack of professionalism in this company especially the one on Zaragoza and Tierra Este is a complete fraud! The so called owner ILIANA (or manager or H.R. lady) really had a bad way of handling my issue. Writing on the care tag of my clothing as she referred to it - she says it’s a way to track clothing in case it gets lost . And that all dry cleaning companies DO THAT.
