I left two items and at pickup time, last Friday, they only had one. The other was a dress that I am wearing to officiate at a wedding this weekend and the lady at the counter couldn’t tell me much and said had to wait until Monday bcz the office was closed. On Monday they still didn’t have it and it wasn’t until late in the day that we were notified that they had my dress. I picked it up today, but the next unhappy experience was the cost! Very expensive for a simple cotton shirt dress with no frills.

I turned in my order Friday 5/20/22 in the morning with the assurance and promise that it will be fulfilled by Monday 5/23/22 after 5:00pm. My clothes had not even been started on when I went to get them at 5:30pm today. I am very disappointed with the services, as I explained the importance and necessity of having my clothes ready when speaking to the employee.
Everyone is courteous and friendly… but sure miss Bea !!!
