I’m really disappointed in my visit today. After waiting in the room for an hour, the doctor came in and didn’t seem to really be interested and rushed the visit. I also understand they are super busy and have a lot of patients. The girls in the front were very kind and professional. I absolutely loved the urgent care next door with Dr. Anaya and this is why I had come to change my PCP. I’m not sure if I will be returning.

I have been to both clinics bc I moved from one side of town to the other. Excellent customer service, very kind, and professional. I love the pharmacy as well! They know who I am and I've only gone in there a hand full of times. They are fast but efficient. Thank u Upper Valley Wellness Clinics and Pharmacy. (I've only been to the pharmacy on the West side).

Excellent doctor—professional, compassionate, and attentive. He takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. His staff is also very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended
