Staff is very unprofessional and don’t have the proper credentials. I noticed the esthetician was the one that was drawing the Botox and not the actual nurse. RED FLAG! I do NOT recommend this place.
Don't waste your time and money. I went in to get lip fillers to my top lip for the very first time and the results are uneven. There are some unpleasantly noticeable lumps. I went in one week later for Dr. Padilla to evaluate and fix the issues. He would only do it at an additional charge. If I originally did not come in looking distorted why wouldn't you try to fix the problem areas. It's obvious now that he cannot perform symmetrical work. Go to El Paso Cosmetic Surgery instead. I payed to get injected and the person didn't know how to inject �. She spilled about half of the medicine on my arm and clothes and when I said "oh no, look, a lot of it spilled � Do you think enough of the medicine went in?" she answered me like if she was scared "no no, it was enough. I'll help you clean it." This makes me doubt the skills of the staff, it's not this girl's fault but whoever has her there for not making sure that the staff knows simple things like injecting. Very bad customer service, I guess all these people writing these reviews are getting paid, because the prices they have aren't equal by the service. Now just call and talk to the manager he is an idiot! He has poor management skills and phone skills! shop around these people aren't cheap at all.
