Everybody was organized. I had contact with involving the staff seen by Dr. Provencio in a timely manner coordination between Doctors and staff.
Dr Webb is very patient and helps and explains with detail .
I have been a patient here for 5 years and feel I have always received excellent care. When a referral was required have always referred me to the best professional doctors.
Dr Provencio and Dr Webb are excellent. They work with me since I travel for work often. They listen and answer all your questions. They also go out of their way to get you what you need to stay healthy.
Marzie Webb goes above and beyond what she needs to do…Paul Jr has Down Syndrome and she treats him like a normal person, which is so refreshing…I would recommend Dr. Provincio’s Sports City Medicine office to anyone needing a good doctor…
Your staff starting from the reception point was excellent. Proper medical uniforms, not on their phones, and proficient at their duties. As soon as I was called in for my vitals, the nurse always makes it out to be a comfortable atmosphere . The medical attention I received was excellent at the starting point. The Doc listened, which the key point and recommended the appropriate treatment for my illness. Always good there.
The staff is helpful and attentive. Javier Martinez is great and takes time to talk to me and hear my concerns.
