As a combat veteran I have needed the services of UVUC a few times and every experiences has been great very professional in & out in no time. Thanks to all staff working there.
Dr Rodriguez is an awesome person, nice, he explained in details my health issues, in fact all personal were kind ti me.
Mr Larsen helpful as ever. Everyone courteous. Only thing that ,despite changing to appointments, the wait was still 2hrs at least.
Great, everyone was very attentive. It took the aide a few tries to find vein, tried both arms, can they ask for help if after poking around and not finding a good vein, maybe someone a little more experienced.
I fell and sliced my chin open. Went to Upper Valley and was seen immediately. Stitches and pharmacy took less than an hour.
Everyone is customer friendly. Professional.
This place is top notch. I would never even think of taking my loved ones anywhere else. My parents myself, my children have all been going there. Wonderful staff, they are fast when It's not too busy, Now there's a pharmacy on site, which is great. If I could give it ten stars, I would.
