I don’t like that they sent my prescription directly to the pharmacy there in the urgent care, I had stated I wanted sent to another. There was a waiting time for the prescription to be ready so I did not have time to wait there, that is the reason why I wanted to be sent to my closest pharmacy. I have been always been prescribed the same thing every time I go there.. the only reason I go there is because of the Covid/flu/etc testing…

Staff were kind and patient. I had covid for the first time and was a little concerned because I am older. But staff were reassuring and explained what to expect. Only one hiccup and that was my prescription was not signed. But even that issue was handled in a very timely manner. My respiratory is slowly clearing up. That covid is no joke!! Thank you all for all you do!💗

I like that i didnt have to wait that long to be seen.i do miss that mr.carpentar is no longer there.which the new pharmacy would accept the v.a.insurance for their medicine that way they could fill the medicine and dont have to go over to the v.a.on piedras.

UPVUC staff is well organized and efficient, as always. I was examined and treated promptly. This is appreciated when one is not feeling well. NP S. Martinez examined me and she is very attentive. I commend her manner and approach. I felt much better within a few days.
