Receptionist was very welcoming, attentive, friendly, patient and informative 👍👍 Waiting period to be seen was spectacular!. NP Mario had all my test results that were done on that same day. Determining my condition, getting me medicated and Out of There in an adequate time ❣️ 🙏 What a difference from my PCP I would definitely go back 🫡

I went in for another respiratory infection. I was attended quickly - almost no waiting time. I was tested for Covid and flu and picked up some prescriptions after a couple of injections of antibiotic and a steroid. The physician and staff were attentive and personable. I don’t like getting sick, but I like coming to the Westside Urgent Care Center.
Staff really nice and helpful, Doctor was nice and friendly , did his job good and asked questions about my condition and even notice something about one of my symptoms that I did not notice .
I was provided with Fast, very courteous service. Doctor that saw me explained what my treatment options were going to be.
Very quick and easy reception. Very professional and friendly. This is my second visit and I will be back if I need any Urgent care
