RecommendedMy 9 year old daughter, Ava, has been Dr. Frausto's patient since she was 9 months old. Dr. Frausto has always been very helpful, answers my many questions/concerns at every yearly check-up, and her facilities have always been clean, kid-friendly, and full of her patients' beautiful artworks. I highly recommend Dr. Frausto to any family who is looking for a pediatrician.

Secretaries don't seem knowledgeable and they don't like doing referrals, won't send the proper papers to the doctor and ignore other facilities phone numbers to not deal with paperwork.

Fernie, we’re really disappointed to read your feedback. Like we’ve said several times in phone conversations, the problem isn’t us, it’s your insurance. All you need to do, all we’ve asked you to do is call them so they can remove the first authorization so we can submit the one for the office you want to go to. The ball is in your court. We are ready willing and able to submit the referral.
Is no stars an option? Terrible doctor. She gave me advice for my at the time 4 month old that did not align with the American Pediatric Association’s advice. She wanted me to limit my breastfeeding, to be specific! I told her that the APA doesn’t suggest that… and she said she “knows what she’s talking about because she is a part of the APA”. Unhappy with service will be switching asap
What kind of doctor calls CPS on the parents ONLY because an above average percentile baby (definitely not underweight, ate lots of milk) did not yet start solids at 6 months old due to illness? She’s truly a heartless & unsympathetic person who cannot be trusted.
Dr Frausto chooses to blame food allergies & ear infections on the parents, rather than doing proper testing and diagnosis to find the root of the problem. Parents beware!
