I was seen by Merzi and as always, she is very professional and pleasant to deal with. My only issue is that I was supposed to get a phone call back with some information about the Cologuard and I have not. One time before I also called to request a refill on my meds and never got a call back. Other that the above which is something that can be improved upon, I am happy with the services.
