-Javier was excellent like always -Girls up from excellent, informative, professional and friendly. -Girl that took me back looked liked she was being bothered, mumbling about the room is here, left or right I had to ask -not friendly, not professional and when I asked her about that she responded “I’ve always done it this way. And I’ve been here a year” -never said her name
