There is a new assistant by the name of Marci. She is very nice, listened to my concerns and I believe we will be able to have a good relationship. My concern is: how long will she stay? There seem to be lots of turnover and barely when we are establishing a relationship with the PA, she leaves. I like to deal with medical office and keep a long term relationship with them to establish a good rapport.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. PA is great, she takes her time in explaining things and listens to our concerns as well.

I absolutely appreciate the wonderful staff, nurses and doctors. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it is so nice to feel comfortable in this office. I feel respected and heard. Thank you! I am so glad I found this clinic.
Me and my wife have both been going to Dr Provencio for years. He has always been good to us. Takes the time to hear my concerns and answers all my questions respectfully. I would recommend Dr Provencio to anyone that wants to be treated by a great doctor!
