I was seen quickly. The wait in the patient room was not long, and was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection. The whole process was rather quick and there weren’t a lot of people waiting to be seen after I left.
I have been struggling with my allergies this year. I had gone to my primary care physician three times in a matter of about six months. I decided to go to urgent care for lack of appointment availability with my doctor and was very pleased with the prompt service and treatment. They brought quick relief!
I was at Upper Valley Urgent Care twice in a few weeks (unfortunately). The staff is wonderful and they definitely know what they are doing. I had the same doctor both times and the are extremely organized and efficient. Thanks for making it a comforting experience!

Went to this clinic for pain issues. There is plenty of parking. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Nurses were also friendly and empathetic. Mr. Jose Rodriguez PA saw me regarding my issue and he was friendly and took the time to explain everything. He was empathetic, Caring, and friendly. He made his diagnosis and recommended treatment and follow up with a specialist. I was very satisfied overall with this visit and left feeling a lot better than how I came in. Thanks to all the staff that took care of me.

I first went there a couple of years ago and my experience was so pleasant that I have been going there ever since. The entire staff was very helpful and professional.
Everything went nice and smooth and this was the first time I used the pharmacy so much easier.
