Even though Upper Valley was slammed by a lot of patients, I was able to get in within an hour. I was helped with my issue and so far, after taking antibiotics, I have been better. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was told that I would be contacted in 3 days after labs had been done. Since it was right after Christmas, I assumed it might take longer. I was never contacted however, so I called to see about the results. I was put on hold then transferred to another line in which no one answered. I left a mess... read more
Great fast service
Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Compassionate when I was sick. I highly recommend.
The staff was friendly. The Dr. Was too but he just examined my chest to lesson for flem. He did not look at my nose,throat, or ears. I had to ask him to look at my ear because I had pressure. My husband had been examined by him 3 day prior and he did the same. My husband returned because he was not feeling better after three days.

It's always great! I take my husband here all the time. The staff and doctors are great. The care and medicine my husband has gotten here is always so good. There is usually a lot of people but the wait time is amazing. They always call us quick and customer service her is really good. Thank you for your hard work!

I did not like the dtr, my symptoms seemed not to important, I don't remember her name. She did an ekg and sugar test, left the room and did not come back. So I went home feeling the same way I went in.
