Appreciate the transparency on longer wait time. I was able to wait in my vehicle which I preferred, once a room was available was attended in timely manner.

I always feel like I get good care when I go to Upper Valley Urgent Care., They take the time to listen, they run screeners to check for all possible illnesses and they offer immediate medication so you don’t have to wait for prescriptions to be filled to get relief.

Office staff was welcoming. Check in from iPad and registration on my phone so easy. The wait was not too long compared with other clinics. Nurses and doctors did a good job. My prescriptions were called in before I even left. Overall a great experience. When you are sick you want to get in and out in a reasonable time and that is exactly how it happened!
