I’ve been coming to UVUC for 3 years. I’m a caregiver in my later 50’s and have problems with my back from a car wreck in my 20s. When it flares, I go in, the staff is very kind and helpful with the process of signing in, they now have a kiosk to sign in. I’ve been seen by 3 or 4 different doctors and each one has been very kind and thorough. The office staff are very friendly and helpful with their billing/payment process. Your staff and doctors have always been very kind, patient, attentive, and caring. The girls in front helped me sign up on my phone since I wasn't all in my capabilities. Thank you. Much better then my family clinic which didn't bother to return my call for help. God bless you all.

The front desk staff was kind and quick with registration instructions. Waiting room was packed when I got there, no empty seats, so I chose to wait in my car, which wasn’t a big deal because I was in a room in no time. Doctor and nurse were both very professional and attentive. They diagnosed me, gave me some shots, called in my prescriptions to my go to pharmacy and I was feeling 80% better within an hour of getting home. I’ve given up on going to my primary doctor.
