The visit was great but the new system for signing in on the IPads then waiting for a text message to check in was very poor. If this is the new way check ins are going to happen, I more than likely will never go back.

I have gone to Upper Valley Urgent Care Center several times. This was the 1st time that I had to sign in electronically. For some reason I did not receive the link to register. The office ladies had to enter me manually. That was the ONLY hiccup. You all always take such good care of us. Your staff is very attentive to our needs and covers all the bases.
