Waiting . It was extremely frustrating and we were there for two hours waiting.

I feel that there is a better system of attending your patients . We got there early stood outside we were 6 in line and yet took us over 40 min to get in to room while others that came in later than us were being seen . Not good business . It needs some better organizing when people are just handed out tablets to sign in and no order is kept . I felt horrible and i hated the check in process. I have been going there for years and am in the system. This time i had to check in on the iPad and then open the info on my phone and i had to fill out everything all over again meanwhile the 2 ladies in the front were there talking to each other doing nothing. A lady was in the wait room coughing all over w no respect for others. Maybe ask sick people to wear a mask? I was wearing mine and had tested positive for Covid.
