The front desk staff was kind and quick with registration instructions. Waiting room was packed when I got there, no empty seats, so I chose to wait in my car, which wasn’t a big deal because I was in a room in no time. Doctor and nurse were both very professional and attentive. They diagnosed me, gave me some shots, called in my prescriptions to my go to pharmacy and I was feeling 80% better within an hour of getting home. I’ve given up on going to my primary doctor. Aside from the registration part everything was a great experience. I don’t go to any other urgent care. No one compares to upper valley urgent care in taking care of my medical needs. Keep up to your excellent standards.
