Extremely long wait time for a follow up visit. People before, during, and after I got there got in before me. Also masks could have been offered for those of us who were not coughing or sneezing. No soap in the bathroom either. I do not recommend it.
Unsatisfied with the provider, superficial, didn’t ask enough. Medication didn’t do anything so I had to go back, which led to additional expense. They didn’t discuss meds so I didn’t pick them up because I had some at home. Overall, unsatisfied. I’ve noticed quality has gone down since new owner took over.
The NP was not helpful at all. Very wrong as well. He “knew too well” and sent me to the ER and did not help with what i came in for. Which the ER dismissed me later with nothing at all.
The NP didn’t know a thing, she said there’s nothing she could do to help me and she said I didn’t have an infection and I did have an infection so I lost my time and money
