I did not find my visit helpful. The nurse practitioner did not appear engaged in assisting me and offered no new plan of care beyond what I was already doing. When I requested help managing my pain, no options were provided besides over-the-counter solutions I was already using. Overall, the visit felt unproductive and did not meet the expectations of an urgent care setting.

Called ahead to see if Doctor Manish or Hunter were the providers that day. I was told they were at least Dr. Manish was. Got to the office, signed and verified again with the receptionist. I was called into the doctors office after sitting and waiting and paying only to find out they were not there. Only physicians working were Rodriguez and Martinez and Rincon, which I refuse to see since they are very unprofessional, obnoxious and quacks in my opinion. Wait wasn't long, the check in took the typical amount of time. Everyone was friendly and I ended up using their in house pharmacy. I was a little disappointed. They weren't as friendly or helpful so they only get 2 stars.

For it being an office that just opened and not be busy like other drs office they took long. The registration, vitals and the visit was ok and pretty quick but waiting on paperwork was ridiculous. After being seen and done with everything I was still in the room waiting for an additional 30 minutes had to walk out because I had to go to work thinking I was gona be out within the hour and still the wanted me to go back for paperwork….unbelievable! Dr has more learning to do. My ear was clogged and he blatantly told me I had no wax in my ear. I went to see my Dr the following day and all I needed was to have the wax flushed out. That was a waste of my co-pay.

I was misdiagnosed. When I tried to explain to the Dr. the severity of my symptoms, he dismissed them and misdiagnosed me. I’ll never go there again.

I didn’t get seen by a real Dr and didn’t get medicine for my COVID. I went back , 2 days later, cuz I was feeling really bad and I was told I needed to wait at list an hr and that they still didn’t have a Dr

I was disappointed with the time it took to be seen. I was put in a corner exam room and I feel that I was forgotten. I opened the door and let them know that I had been there for over 45 minutes. I had bronchitis

I have always appreciated and recommended Upper Valley urgent care, going there for years. Something have changed I got seen by a NursePractioner that pretty much send me home told me to come back if I got worse. 2 days later I went back got charged again and by then got a full blown respiratory infection had winded very easily.
