I have been twice in the last month and went in quickly both time, taken care of quickly out home. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Your staff and doctors have always been very kind, patient, attentive, and caring. The girls in front helped me sign up on my phone since I wasn't all in my capabilities. Thank you. Much better then my family clinic which didn't bother to return my call for help. God bless you all.

The front desk staff was kind and quick with registration instructions. Waiting room was packed when I got there, no empty seats, so I chose to wait in my car, which wasn’t a big deal because I was in a room in no time. Doctor and nurse were both very professional and attentive. They diagnosed me, gave me some shots, called in my prescriptions to my go to pharmacy and I was feeling 80% better within an hour of getting home. I’ve given up on going to my primary doctor. Aside from the registration part everything was a great experience. I don’t go to any other urgent care. No one compares to upper valley urgent care in taking care of my medical needs. Keep up to your excellent standards.
