I have been back and forth with billing regarding an outstanding co payment. I have been told on numerous occasions that it has been resolved and I have a 0 balance. Then I continue getting calls from billing attempting to collect a balance that I have been told is non existent by personal at the clinic

Checked in. Paid the copay. Was brought into a room to be told. We can see you. You have to to to the ER. I was in the waiting room longer than I got to speak to someone.

The waiting time was very long . Signing in to the tablet at the front desk was difficult, mainly because I was so out of it. Dr Rincon is Excellent!

Doctor just sent my sin for an X-ray. He didn't even touch his ankles to figure out what was taking place. He didn't even asked my son to pick up his pants to look at them. I don't know who assisted him.

it was a waste of time to go to that urgent care. I had an infection on my head, and the person that I thought was a doctor didn’t even introduce herself. Didn’t even bother to check and see didn’t give me any advice. Just told me gig take some out and go home. no personality at all I don’t know who assisted me.

After arriving, I checked in on the kiosk. Then I sat down. But I saw several persons who came well after me called first. I asked if I was next and the young girls up front apologized and had forgotten to provide me paperwork to fill out. I noticed they were just talking and laughing, very distracted. It was very poor customer service and an unnecessary delay.

This is not my first visit at UVUC. I consider UVUC one of the first choices for the treatment of me and my family. I have always liked the personalized service and care provided to me and my family except on my recent visit on 8/8/24. I visited the facility following a TWC order due to an injury at my work place. I personally felt like I was treated as a second class patient probably because I had the TWC orders. They couldn’t get my name straight, kept asking if I was Luz Vargas and if u was on workman’s comp. The PA ( Rincón ) finally came in and said I had trigger finger. He proceeded to wrap my finger by the door with the assistant standing outside the room. He did an awful job of wrapping it. Then he said he was going to go and get the name of a specialist I should see. He never came back. I waited for about half an hour, then went to find someone to assist me.
