I signed in on the tablet. After waiting for over an hour I went to front desks I wasn’t registered. Thereafter i was taken to exam room, vitals were taken. Aide just started walking out without saying word. I had to stop her to ask what my vitals read. Then returned to the exam room, waited approximately 2 hours. I received laboratory order that did not have my name, DOB, and diagnosis code, therefore the Lab was unable to do it. I had to go back to have it corrected and back to the Lab. It took a lot of my time.

It took one hour and thirty minutes to be helped plus the time I spent in the waiting room.., even though there were no patients in the waiting room. They checked me my vitals and then a female saw my dog’s bite from a distance. I had to wait approximately half an hour for a male person with a wrong prescription , that’s prescription was for another patient. PA informed me EKG was abnormal. She recommended I go A hospital emergency room without any explanation of the EKG results. It took three times to perform the EKG so I was not satisfied with the effectiveness of the readings and am scheduled to see my cardiologist this week.

The women at the front desk were extremely rude when I was telling them the online check in was not working. They seemed so bothered that they had to physically check me in which obviously I did not appreciate. There was no type of work ethic being presented at all which almost made me leave right there. In hindsight I should have because then in the exam room, my treatment went fine until the lady giving me my summary just handed me it and practically ran out even tho I still had questions. Doctor was nice and attentive but my child was prescribed with steroids when he did not had a cough instead of antibiotics per his pediatrician. Also pharmacy sucks, they sent me the wrong medication and charged for it and would not fix this issue on their end.

Staff and nurses are awesome. Very polite and attentive and professional. Dr Minish is an amazing doctor extremely knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Only three stars because Dr. Minish is the only Doctor who is proficient and adept at what he does. PA’s Rodriguez, Rincon and Martinez are definitely PA’s you want to stay away from unless you want a really bad experience.

The doctor in charge took a long time to examine me, I had to go ask why he wasn't treating me.The doctor name is Javier Martinez. Note: I have no complaints about the rest of the staff.
