Shuttled through like cattle. Abrupt, no chance to ask questions or discuss issues, no explanation of what medications were for or how to be taken, just here you go, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Prescribed Paxlovid for covid. Primary care doctor said it was rushed to approval and does not prescribe. $350 with insurance and horrible side effects. Worse than covid. Should have had zpac and prednisone. Wweould have cost very little and no side effects.

I was left waiting in a room for an hour. I can understand being busy, but there were 2 people at the desk in front in my room and not once did anyone check on me or let me know approximately how much longer I'd need to wait. It felt like I didn't matter and it would have taken only a few seconds to make a difference to know I wasn't forgotten and I was important to the practice

Didn’t even get seen due to facility accepting my insurance but not the doctor

Thought it took too long to give results. I had to come out of room to ask about test results. Secondly, I do not think it was a doctor that came in to give prognosis but did not introduce himself. At one point he asked what I did for a living and when I responded, he was surprised and asked where I was a CFO. I got the impression that he mocked what I told him. Thirdly and most importantly, I told him where to send prescriptions and he mentioned it would be quicker at Upper Valley but I never acknowledged to do that. ... read more

Waited 2 hours to see someone, when the NP came in, she spent 2 minutes with us.

HORRIBLE. I wasted more money on copayments and medications that did not help me. I went back after my initial visit of testing “positive” for the flu to receive the same exact shots I got the first time that did not help. I went home and took 3 flu tests and all tests came back negative. I called the clinic to state my concerns and they told me all they could do was retest me but I’d have to wait again. I went because I had knee pain. Waiting time was not bad. Doctor told me I will get X-rays and medication. After x ray he came back to talked about X-rays results and he left closing door behind him. I have been a customer for years and usually someone come back with discharge documents. I wait but after a while I didn’t heard any noise.
