Very non-friendly staff as of they don't care and they don't want you there. Receptionist was a bit better. I don't know their names, they ask how tall I am and if I have HBP as if that was something they shouldn't do.
Did not address my issues
I wasn’t a patient. They told me they didn’t take my insurance which I understand. But when referred to another emergency room that would take my insurance they had that information wrong. They told me about two places that did take my insurance. One to which I went to and another I called to and neither took my insurance. Maybe they should look into that before pointing me to the wrong direction.
My check in experience was great i was greeted and helped out. when i went towards the back is where my experience was not great. a nurse came and asked what was going on and checked my pressure and that was it seemed like he could really care less. the second person who walked in asked me what happened and i explained and all she told me is that i was going to be getting a shot and antibiotics. she didn’t explain to me the risks of getting a dog bite or how the shot i would be receiving if and how it would affect me. what ... read more
I sent a review before, but I want to add something to my review. I hardly ever get sick and don’t take any medications. I got an injection for pain. My head was ready to explode during my visit. The assistant told me the name of the injection which I am not familiar with. And she repeated the name of the medication. I asked if that was going to help me with my headache. She replied yes. While I have heard that this is a good place to go to when needed. I personally did not have a good first time experience. I was seen about 10 mins after I arrived by a young girl who said she was going to take my vitals. She weighed me, check blood pressure and oxygen level as well as checking to see if I had a fever (I did not). She then asked if I wanted a Covid test and I said "sure". First, I don’t appreciate doing my check in for you. Next time I will come in with no cell phone. I got seen by doctor quickly, but waiting over 45 minutes to get an x/ray which looked like a broken down machine with bad imaging results. Noticed the signs on the wall about doing illegal immigrants physicals. None of them have been vetted and should not get free health care in the same facility I go.

I didn’t get any help for my daughter. Physician was very insensitive with my daughter’s pain. We had to go another doctor next day to control her pain. It was a waste of our time

I went in ill on Sunday and tested positive for COVID, I still have not been able to get medication, today is Tuesday. According to my physician, Paxlovid does not have a negative reaction to amlodipine as your medical director says. I could have saved money and frustration if I had just waited to see my doctor on Monday.
