I was misdiagnosed. When I tried to explain to the Dr. the severity of my symptoms, he dismissed them and misdiagnosed me. I’ll never go there again.

I didn’t get seen by a real Dr and didn’t get medicine for my COVID. I went back , 2 days later, cuz I was feeling really bad and I was told I needed to wait at list an hr and that they still didn’t have a Dr

I was disappointed with the time it took to be seen. I was put in a corner exam room and I feel that I was forgotten. I opened the door and let them know that I had been there for over 45 minutes. I had bronchitis

I have always appreciated and recommended Upper Valley urgent care, going there for years. Something have changed I got seen by a NursePractioner that pretty much send me home told me to come back if I got worse. 2 days later I went back got charged again and by then got a full blown respiratory infection had winded very easily. Shuttled through like cattle. Abrupt, no chance to ask questions or discuss issues, no explanation of what medications were for or how to be taken, just here you go, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Prescribed Paxlovid for covid. Primary care doctor said it was rushed to approval and does not prescribe. $350 with insurance and horrible side effects. Worse than covid. Should have had zpac and prednisone. Wweould have cost very little and no side effects.

I was left waiting in a room for an hour. I can understand being busy, but there were 2 people at the desk in front in my room and not once did anyone check on me or let me know approximately how much longer I'd need to wait. It felt like I didn't matter and it would have taken only a few seconds to make a difference to know I wasn't forgotten and I was important to the practice

Thought it took too long to give results. I had to come out of room to ask about test results. Secondly, I do not think it was a doctor that came in to give prognosis but did not introduce himself. At one point he asked what I did for a living and when I responded, he was surprised and asked where I was a CFO. I got the impression that he mocked what I told him. Thirdly and most importantly, I told him where to send prescriptions and he mentioned it would be quicker at Upper Valley but I never acknowledged to do that. ... read more
