I like Upper Valley Urgent care. Unfortunately this past visit was not up to par with your usually great customer service. The waiting room was empty when I showed up. I was called in about five minutes later which was quick. I waited an hour in the doctors room. I decided to step out of the room to see if anyone would help me. Registration process was good. Annoying that I had to use my phone. Suggest providing tablet to do so. I never knew who treated &/or assisted me; no one; including medical assistant; nurses; & doctor ever introduced themselves to me. So I don't know who assisted. Also; Dr. spent 2 minutes with me; didn't ask any questions regarding my symptoms or suggestions for care; I definitely had additional questions abt treatment & medications; and wanted to be tested for other issues. I waited for an hour plus before I peeked out to check. Was told there was an emergency and that they had just started seeing pts again. It would have been nice to go around to tell us of delay.

PA did not know what to do when I was severly dehydrated. I ended up checking into the Hospitals of Providence for the needed care

I feel that there is a better system of attending your patients . We got there early stood outside we were 6 in line and yet took us over 40 min to get in to room while others that came in later than us were being seen . Not good business . It needs some better organizing when people are just handed out tablets to sign in and no order is kept . I felt horrible and i hated the check in process. I have been going there for years and am in the system. This time i had to check in on the iPad and then open the info on my phone and i had to fill out everything all over again meanwhile the 2 ladies in the front were there talking to each other doing nothing.
