I went in for an eye infection but was mistakenly prescribed medication for an ear infection. Had I not looked at the medication box before using it, I could have accidentally put ear drops in my eye. When I called the office to report the error, the staff was dismissive and rude. I paid $70 for the office visit, in addition to the cost of the incorrectly prescribed ear drops and the eye drops I ultimately needed. Went for a simple sports physical. My daughter’s upper arm is super skinny and the nurses aids were not properly trained on how to take blood pressure. They took it three times and every time they had the cuff way to loose or did something else wrong. This resulted in her blood pressure reading high. We left without her being cleared for sports. Then we monitored her blood pressure at home, went to her normal pediatrician, and then a cardiologist. Never once getting a high blood pressure reading ever again. Train your nurse ... read more
