Very attentive and professional staff. I had a serious emergency and I was attended immediately. Urgent care doctors care about their patients!

Staff is very courteous. Mr. Rodriguez, PA was willing to truly listen to my concerns, and understanding. Gave great advice and made me feel better about what I was dealing with. I was able to be seen very quickly. Facility is nice, clean and well maintained. If needed again in the future I will use the services at UVUC again when I am not able to see my regular Doctor - but do not need an emergency room.

The visit was great but the new system for signing in on the IPads then waiting for a text message to check in was very poor. If this is the new way check ins are going to happen, I more than likely will never go back.
